Catering & Art:
(Level 3)
This unique course combines the skills needed for art and design, culinary operations and food preparation. Working in KEY’s art workshop and catering department, learners can experience both departments and can develop the skills and insight into each discipline while working towards an Employability Skills Award (Level 3).
Modules include:
• Art and Design
• Drawing
• Breakfast Cookery
Other modules on offer at Level 3 include Communications, Computer Literacy, Career Preparation and Application of Numbers with the opportunity of a work placement during the course.
All completed modules and training leads to an Employability Skills Award (Level 3)
