Catering and Hospitality:
(Level 3)
This course covers the essential skills in food preparation, culinary operations, breakfast cookery and cake baking and decorating. Working in KEY’s professionally equipped catering department, learners can apply their new skills to the highest standard on a daily basis.

• Essential Food Safety & Hygiene Skills for Food Worker
Other modules on offer at Level 3 include Communications, Computer Literacy, Career Preparation and Application of Numbers with the opportunity of a work placement during the course.
All completed modules and training leads to an Employability Skills Award (Level 3)
